Ramon began playing soccer in Argentina, working his way through the ranks, playing professionally and with the national team. Twenty years ago he came to the United States and started coaching youth teams. Over the years he has guided five different teams to twelve state championships. Many of the players he has coached have gone on to successful college careers, including 4 All Americans. Ramon lives with his wife and family in Independence, Missouri. Ramon coaches in the Kansas City United Soccer Academy and serves as a technical staff coach for the Club.
